Open Access

The 3D hub holds a range of data sets relating to energy and emissions for Birmingham. As much data as possible is provided as open data.

This means that data can be freely used, re-used and redistributed by anyone, providing that you give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made to the data. Material is not intended for commercial purposes.

When you look at a data set in the 3D hub, there is an 'Additional info' section which gives the source, source URL and copyright statements: these should be referenced in your uses of open data.

Most of the data in this hub is covered by the Open Government License for public sector information (v. 3), or the Creative Commons non commercial license 3.0 (links below).
